1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Kid Song. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement. If you create a song about a child, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the details and use the resulting song.
2. The service
AI Kid Song turns an adult’s story and approved lyrics into personalized AI-generated music. A normal generation returns up to two musical takes when the provider completes both. Features, models, availability, and output length may change, and a specific result, duration, style, or delivery time is not guaranteed.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. One person may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits or obtain promotional credits. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain rights you have in prompts, lyrics, and story details you submit. You grant AI Kid Song and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the requested service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit.
5. Generated songs and license
Subject to payment and these Terms, you may download and use completed songs for personal and family purposes. Commercial use is included only when the checkout or a separate written license expressly says so. AI output may not be unique, may contain errors, and may resemble independently generated material. Copyright and other rights in AI output vary by jurisdiction; we do not guarantee ownership, registrability, uniqueness, or non-infringement. Review every song before sharing it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit or generate unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or harmful content; sensitive personal information about a child; impersonations or unauthorized voice clones; malware; or material that facilitates wrongdoing. Do not probe security, scrape private data, automate abusive traffic, resell account access, or circumvent quotas or payment controls.
7. Song credits and generations
Song packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Ten credits start one standard song generation, which is designed to return two takes. A credit is consumed when generation starts. If our system confirms a provider failure, the corresponding credits are restored automatically. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to reasonable anti-abuse and daily limits.
8. Payments and refunds
When checkout is enabled, Creem acts as Merchant of Record. The checkout page controls the final price, taxes, currency, product quantity, and license. A request for an unused song pack may be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing hi@aikidsong.com. Credits used for a successfully completed personalized generation are non-refundable except where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and associated unused credits are removed. Creem’s buyer terms also apply to payment processing.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, safety reviews, or technical limits may delay or prevent generation. We may modify or discontinue features. If a paid service is permanently discontinued, we will address unused paid credits as required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Kid Song disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Kid Song in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, risk to children, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any governing-law or forum term presented by the Merchant of Record for the payment transaction applies only to that transaction to the extent stated there.
13. Changes and contact
