1. Scope and who this service is for
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Kid Song handles information when adults use our website and personalized song service. The service is intended for parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. Children may not create accounts or purchase song packs.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and protect the service: your email address and sign-in record; purchase and fulfillment records; messages you send to support; and the song details you choose to submit, such as a first name or nickname, favorite things, lyrics, and a family message. If you use Google sign-in, Google gives us a verified account identifier and email address; we do not receive or store your Google password. Our hosting and security systems process basic request information, such as time, requested page, IP address, and browser type, to deliver the site, limit abuse, and investigate errors. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking. Please do not submit a child’s address, school, exact birth date, contact details, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
3. How we use information
We use information only to sign users in, create and store requested songs, restore work on the same device, process purchases and deliver song entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use submitted song details for unrelated advertising.
4. Children’s privacy
AI Kid Song is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect account information directly from children. The adult submitting a story confirms that they are authorized to provide it. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate adult involvement, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in security, sessions, and the optional Google sign-in prompt. Browser storage keeps creator form progress, in-progress song identifiers, and a short prompt cooldown so the sign-in prompt does not repeatedly interrupt you. These items support features you request; we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We retain account and purchase records while an account is active and as required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Creation records remain available in the account until deleted or the account is closed. Temporary uploads are designed to expire after 24 hours. Backups and legally required records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
You can clear locally saved creator progress through your browser settings. Signed-in users can request a portable account export and account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, object to, restrict, or delete personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect account and song information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
